Lan Rừng Homestay

My favorite stay this trip to Vietnam from Saigon to Sapa and here. Perfect peace. Host family so hard working and helpful. Made delicious meals and extra strong coffee. If you are locing for a peaceful remote stay to connect with the countrysytjis is perfect. The cows and water buffalos are herded pass the outdoor eating area each morning. Ladys come to gather water spinch from creek bank and garden has glorious flowers and butterflies.

Caged birds. The birds are beautiful but my heart broke for them fir being caged.

It's very near to waterfalls and they have really delicious dinnes. The room Is so comfortable And well equipped.

There are bad coordinates on Booking, so don't follow them. Just put in maps the name of this homestay.

The manager was very nice and helpful. She could speak very good English. They made us dinner, and the dinner was very tasty.

Google Maps had a hard time finding the homestay.

The room was beautiful and looked like it had been newly built or renovated. Very spacious and clean! Wifi worked great, super convenient location.

The location was great - it is located in the "stone village" which feels very authentic and is very picturesque.

We loved the location of this homestay, as rather remote, local and heavenly quiet apart from the occasional short-lived karaoke across the street. You can watch farmers guiding their buffalos back from the fields at the end of the day, or walk to one of the caves. The waterfalls are a short bus ride away. The room was spacious and clean and had a large window looking out onto the river and the limestones across the street. Surprisingly consistent wifi considering the location.

Communication was a little difficult. We were not able to ascertain what the menu actually offered, even with translation apps. Bicycles would be great for anyone not arriving by car. Limited to non-existing dining options close by other than the homestay or neighbouring homestays.

Very helpful and kind staff. Beautiful location, ideal for visiting the Động Ngườm Ngao cave and the Bản Giốc waterfall.

Location View Service Clean

Everything was amazing, the staff and owners were so nice and did everything to help us. They cooked us food for lunch and diner which was delicious, dropped us off at the waterfalls and even played games with us. We loved the location, you can take a walk to a cave or in the field and it is really beautiful. Thank you Khánh and everyone ☺️
