Nice accomodation at river and mountains. Is it near to waterfalls Thac ban Gioc, Monk cloister and nice cave. You can also walk around area in nice countryside.

nice place, newly built. comminication mostly via google translate. we areived to main road to given location but had to ve picked up and driven to actual location.

location on booking.com is wrong! seek google maps to see correct location (it is where all other hmestays are, not next to main road)

Our hosts went to the effort of arranging a cake for my friend on her birthday and we had a wonderful dinner. The place is very picturesque and we enjoyed our stay.

the place is rustic bur charming, it was a pleasant experience . No better place in the vicinity. the village is beautiful

Karaoke too loud. couldnt reach the host by phone to ask for direction because of that. She couldnt hear the rings. Door to room 2 cant be unlocked

We re here in winter and the room was cold even after whole night of heating. In winter, I recommended to book the room at least day before to let them heat the room beforehand.

Set in a remote but beautiful location surrounded by nature. The room and homestay were as beautiful as in the photos. Staff although we had a language barrier were very welcoming, helpful and outgoing. The food was amazing especially the breakfast pho! I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit both Ban Gioc waterfalls and the caves.

If I had to find fault it would be with the location itself having nothing in the surrounding area but this is a great place to see the remote untouched Vietnamese culture.
