It was calm and welcoming after all the hustle and bustle of medina, staff were so warm and hospitable lovely breakfast marco couldn’t have done enough for us !

La struttura è molto accogliente e pulita, offre tantissimi servizi! La cuoca eccezionale, ci ha preparato vari piatti marocchini tipici uno più buono dell'altro! La ciliegina sulla torta è però innegabilmente l'host, Marco, persona squisita, dotata di una rara capacità, quella di farti sentire davvero come a casa! Io e la mia amica ci siamo sentite accolte in ogni richiesta, al sicuro sempre, con un angelo custode sempre disponibile, coccolate e viziate come solo un vecchio amico sa fare! Marco ha reso questa vacanza un viaggio speciale! Torneremo volentieri a Marrakech grazie a Marco!

Marco war sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben uns rund um wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Am ersten Tag hat er uns eine Einführung über die Stadt und unsere Möglichkeiten gegeben und auch ein Telefon mit welchem wir ihn immer erreichen konnten, falls der Empfang ausfallen sollte. Er war 24/7 erreichbar und immer sehr bemüht. Auch das Personal im Riad war extrem freundlich.

Man kann nichts schlechtes sagen.
