Welcoming and homely with rooms tastefully decorated in local accents. Great bed and a spacious bathroom. Attentive staff led by a very genial host added an assuring dimension of confidence for the visitor new to the medina. Beautiful evening food was served freshly prepared with dietary requirements accommodated readily.

There is nothing to dislike. It’s a beautiful riad. If I could ask for something, it would have been a desk for writing in the room. I would ask for a plentiful supply of black or breakfast blend tea. I was glad that I brought my own and the team were very good at supplying my several requests for pots of boiling water.

Great location, a short walk to the souks/ museums/ restaurants etc.. incredibly helpful and informative staff, Marco went above and beyond to ensure you had all you needed. The road itself is stunning, couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place to stay.

It would’ve been hard to find had Marco not met me at the taxi on arrival.

Absolutely beautiful building ,quiet and peaceful amazing host Marco made us feel at home and welcome straight away we called ahead to order a chicken lemon tagine this was no problem and tasted delicious so thankful

Where to start, the best thing about this Riad was Marco and just simply making us feel like we were staying with a family friend. He was always there with helpful advice and reassurance. Giving us a little phone to call a tuc tuc, taxi or him was just inspired. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and the place was spotless!

Really nothing. It was very quiet, so if you want somewhere with a buzzy bar and social areas this wouldn't be for you. But it was perfect for us and I would say is absolutely typical of the traditional Riad experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay - it was an exceptional experience! The Riad is very exclusive in its capacity. This allowed for a warm and individual attention from the host Marco, which made all the difference. His thoughful advice, personal recommendations, and genuine hospitality made us feeld incredibly welcome. It wasn’t just a stay; it felt like visiting an old friend. We truly appreciate the effort and care put into making our time here so special. Beyond the unique hospitality the Riad also has a very convenient location with a well-known taxi spot and an ATM close by, as well as a strategic position in northern Medina from where all the central neighborhoods - Medina, Gueliz, Hivernage - can be explored equally well. Furthermore the staff was very courteous and diligent. A huge thanks to the entire team for making our stay so unforgettable!

Good quiet location. Marco hosted us in this very comfortable Riad and was very accommodating giving us tips and a map. He also helped booking taxis, making restaurant reservations, advice and a local phone. All staff very helpful in this private house. Good WiFi and comfortable beds with good breakfast. Pool in courtyard nice but unheated. We had dinner first night as we arrived late and food good.

Breakfast was delicious and even better, Marco and team advised as we’re on holiday, we should have breakfast when we felt like it! No getting to the breakfast room before 10am! Beautiful property, lovingly restored and run by Marco and a team that provides you with a relaxed, personal service. They look after their guests providing a local mobile phone for convenience should you need assistance.

It’s a nice building and the staff were very helpful

For me the location is just a bit too far away, the rooftop terrace is big but has no nice view for sunset, the rooms are nicely decorated but my shower was a bit blocked. The room doesn’t feel private because the sound travels from reception over the whole building.

Welcomed on arrival by Marco who owns the Riad, he was very welcoming and gave us an idea what we should do if we hadnt already planned anything. Riad was a good size and very clean. Good location 15 to 20 mins drive from Airport, shops were easy to get to and around 20min walk to the Jeme el Fana and the Masjid.
