Caldera's Majesty

A HIDDEN GEM! This place is absolutely gorgeous and tucked away from the touristy places of Oia and Thira. We stayed in the superior suite with the outdoor hot tub and calderas view. On the patio to our left there was no one and to our right were the rest of the suites but we’re all partially/fully blocked so a private feel. The room is perfect for two the location is close to markets, local restaurants, and about a 5min walk from pick up points for shuttles/tours. Tamara was AMAZING giving us local recommendations on food/tours/restaurants and was easy to reach out to for any of our needs. Yannis was amazing helping with any hot tub needs. After walking around all of the villas in Santorini it’s safe to say this is the best view and privacy for an affordable price.

Views, views, views!! The location was amazing. Quiet and not as touristy, which makes this place feel like a hidden gem, but easy walk along the path to Fira or quick ride to Oia. The owners/staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a "hot" tub on our patio but it was lukewarm at best. I know they can only heat it to a certain temp, but we were hoping to have an actual hot tub like the description, since it happened to be fairly cold and windy in early May. That's my biggest complaint.

We stayed for 4 days at this amazing place, breathtaking view out of your bedroom window. Hosts were available anytime of day or night to assist with anything you need. Outdoor hot tub with the view of the Caldera and a private terrace to sip drinks and watch the sunset was a unique hotel experience. The room was very clean and modern with all the facilities you need, a fridge so you can purchase drinks or food from the supermarket and keep them cool. Very easy to access, Tamara made our transfer to the hotel and our stay the perfect experience. If you are trying to decide on somewhere to stay on the Caldera do not hesitate to book into Caldera's Majesty, it was an experience we will always remember and would go back without hesitation

the host was not very helpful. she was also not approachable. the room was very small . The sheets and bed spread had stains on them . 

amazing property, very lovely scenery, we got the caldera room with balcony at the top overlooking the whole view, skaros rock on the left oia on the right, the sunset is amazing. there is an extended balcony without any obstruction to enjoy the view which is totally great. room just got renovated, it's all clean and comfortable, spacious jacuzzi on room number 1, great light settings. we were welcomed by tamara and she is very nice, helpful and accomodating, making sure our stay is comfortable. there is no breakfast but they have delivery service from nearby restaurant which basically selling everything you need, delicious foods, breakfasts, water, and will deliver your online order in 30 mins, very convinient. perfect to rest and enjoy the wonderful view and sunset

nothing, all great! if i could add anything perhaps a battery powered small lamp in the room would be great since sometimes black out can happens in santorini :))

The owners and staff of Caldera's Majesty were phenomenal. They got in touch with me via text and booking.com before our arrival. Our taxi driver called the hotel on our way there and one of the staff helped us with our huge suitcases down the many stairs. About 20 minutes later, Tamara came to our room to show us how to work all the technology and amenities in the room and explain the area/restaurants, give us her WhatsApp so we could easily ask questions, etc. We had the lowest room, so our stay felt very private and quiet. Sunsets were absolutely gorgeous - we didn't feel like the sunset in Oia was any better than what we had from our patio. The owner ended up giving us a ride to the airport after our stay and he was so friendly and told us the story of the property. Everyone was so welcoming.

The only bummer was that our "hot tub" didn't get hot - only luke warmish. I didn't see any other reviews that mentioned this, so I'm not sure if it was just not working well while we were there, or if I was just one of the first guests that was really excited about the jacuzzi but ended up not really using it except when it was hot outside and the temperature of the water lowered so we could use it like a small private pool.
