Stay in Someshwar

The small hotel is located a minute's walk from the legendary Ganges River. Three minutes walk from the central and most famous Ghat where every day in the evening the Aarti ceremony takes place. That alone is attractive to stay there. The second attraction is the price which was quite low. But when choosing cheap accommodation we have to accept all the negatives that any will exist and are pretty much known, which is why I find no point in describing them. The reception guys were very polite. Stay here and feel the energy of the river. If you are of the more comfortable type then it may not be for you.

its not possible to find a not noisy rooms near the ghat , so, nothing to complain

the room booked was spacious and clean. Owner was very polite and helpful. The location is close to the vishwanath temple and the ghats. The path to reach hostel can be a bit confusing but it is not a deal breaker. Definitely will visit again.

I’m so happy I’ve chosen this guesthouse for my travel. The first advantage is location of course. This part of city can go by walk or by bike only so it was so important to stay in convenient area. Room wan cleaned good and everything was neat. Owner and his sons were so kind and helpful. They do all requests so good. One son of owner even helped me to go one very ancient temple very early because I couldn’t get there alone. Very good restaurant Dolphin just on the side of hotel. My first travel to Varanasi was amazing and mostly of this hotel. Probably next time I’ll stay here also. I recommend to chose this hotel

Sometimes people with hot water

Small place but cosy. Staff takes care just like your family.
