It was clean and very comfortable. The patio was very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this property.

The only way to close the front door was to slam it and the loud noise woke us up. Maybe the door could be adjusted so that it closes quietly? The door to the bedroom next to the front door was very hard to close. The faucet in the kitchen sink was very loose so my husband tightened it with his hands. My son wished that there were shower curtains.

Perfect for the area of Liverpool where we were attending an event. Near the Pilgrim pub but there’s minimal noise. Modern , clean property. Bathrooms fabulous. Living area lovely, kitchen well equipped. Easy communication with team to access house. Felt very secure with gated car park. We only had one car so no issues with parking. Would definitely recommend.

Mattress in lower floor bedroom very thin and hard to sleep on . Maybe my old bones but really struggled to sleep.

Loved the location, right by the Anglican cathedral. Fixtures and fittings were high quality, superb bathrooms with very high end feel to the mirrors, showers and so on. Nice communal space on the ground floor.

Although the place itself was high quality, there was a lack of the basics expected at any self catering accommodation (such as 2 or 3 dishwasher tabs or washing up liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper, oil, shampoo and bodywash) and some basic kitchenware such as a colander and mixing bowl. No mattress protector on one of the beds, no pillow protectors on any of the pillows, one mattress very cheap with springs bumping through. If they can get these details right it's a stunning property.

Fantastic location, we were next door to a lovely pub, which despite being next door did not disturb us at all, most noise was from the closing of taxi doors. The bedrooms were spacious and well presented, beds were comfy as were the sofa and kitchen chairs, bathrooms were lovely and there was plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

It would have been helpful to have a guide to house i.e. how to use the heaters, the cooker/hob (induction is new to me), opening the patio doors, little bits like that.

Collecting the keys was really straightforward. Clear instructions were given, and everything was ready when I arrived—no hassle at all.

Good location. Nicely decorated. Lots of space!

Miss communications regarding parking. Questions on booking.com says 2 but then they state 1. Think £500 pre-authorisation is very very expensive. Felt the staff could have been more helpful in information prior to arrival and additional parking. And it’s very very loud at night, people were outside the house until 1am ish. Bins being moved from the pub to the road in middle of the night.

Great location for what we wanted to do on our Liverpool trip.

The Wifi wasn't great. Could definitely do with looking into
