A lot of noise at night from pub next door and students in the streets

Great location, easy to get into the city and all the attractions on foot or public transport. Very good space throughout the property.

Noisy road, there is a lovely pub two doors away, but there are lots of very noisy passers-by. For a property that sleeps 8, there's only room for 1 car, and it's residents only parking in the area.

Definitely best place we have booked - decor, warmth, comfort etc.

Fused sockets along one wall and no electrician came but it was the weekend .and we managed with hob and socket on other wall.

Lovely clean spacious property,4 good size rooms. 2 main good size bathrooms and large on suite with high standard finish. About 10-15min walk to Liverpool 1 and 20 min from lime st station some up hill towards property.

Nothing didn’t like Just some bits missing to make it better experience. Soap in toilets (if short stays), front door key ( only back bi-fold key door is dropping making hard to open and close), more toilet roll, guide to use electrics in property (TV was a mare to turn on and off didn’t use but washing machine no instructions and built in cooker needs securing with screws), maybe what place to eat and where to go (as we have never stayed here before). No wifi was available as it was down. Bottom bedroom has noise from uni people coming out of pub late (can’t be helped just mentioning it). And some small damage dew to previous guests which is a shame as lovely new property

Great location. Plenty space in the property.

Only one key which was for the backdoor. Not idea when there were 3 couples. No front door key. Side gate broken and noisy in the wind all night. Only one parking space. Back door entrance tricky to open. Fridge freezer was broken, which we fixed. Had to clean out the freezer on our arrival as it was full of water from melted ice cubes. No help from staff. Kitchen tap not secured properly. Very loose. Internet didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. No shower gel or hand wash. Reported most of the above, but none were resolved during our stay. No one contacted us. It didn’t feel particularly well organised.

Free secure parking and multiple bathrooms were most appreciated.

Not enough chairs to eat as a family . Very minimal cooking facilities . Glass on kitchen ,dining room. No internet throughout stay .Pleasant replies from company with promises but no help
