Location was perfect

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working Television not working in 2 rooms and reception so poor in lounge unwatchable also dirty dishes in dishwasher

Superb location, walking distance to all the sights. Uniquely offering a free parking spot in this part of the city. 3 bathrooms and 4 double bedrooms was ample enough for our family but can equally see this being a great base for 4 couples. No wireless at the property, which should be an easy fix with your 4/5g hotspot. Recommended

Couldn't connect to Internet also no cloths or dish towels

Phoenix Hotels were very helpful on the telephone & with responding to messages. Property was clean & tidy. Linen was all provided. Good sized bedrooms, excellent bathroms including one luxurious bathtub. Heating & hot water excellent. Location very convenient although rather noisy at night due to local pub. Car parking on site helpful as we only brought one car. (Might have been tricky of we had more cars.)

Arrival at 4pm had been agreed but the code had not reached me. I had to ring Poenix Hotels for help whillst we stood outside waiting for access. Dishwasher had a label saying 'Do not use'. WiFi was not available, but should have been. This also impacted the TV service. Mattress in ground floor bedroom was very uncomfortable, lumpy/worn out with springs protruding. Heated towel rail in attic bathroom didn't work. There was no information about use of heating or heated towel rails. (but the radiators worked well & we were comfortable) Kitchen equipment/utensils inadequate for cooking meals. Only 2 small worn out non stick pans in a place that could sleep 8. (Insufficient even for 4 of us). No microwave. No washing up liquid or tea towels.
