Everything. I arrived at the property and rang the "Ring Doorbell". I presume it was a member of staff who responded. They could see me but I couldn't see them. They requested to see my ID. I produced my driving licence (a legal document). I was then REFUSED access to the property as my Booking.com reservation didn't have all 3 names, like it appears on the driving licence. I suggested that they came and view the ID in person. They refused. I was stranded for the night.

"'Gorgeous' is pushing it a bit."

Bed was comfy and the location is excellent.

Everything else. The shared toilet didn't even have a seat and christ knows where the bathroom was ?!?

"Fine for Last minute booking for one night"
