"PROPERTY IS A HMO"

. Nothing

Turned up to stay in a "hotel" with my 11 year old daughterwas actually a HMO. The only way I got into my room was some random guy who spoke little English was returning home from work. Once in the room the back of the door handle was broken. Decided straight away this isnt the place to bring a child. So left and booked another hotel for the night. Zero replies from host. Have asked for a refund as didn't stay. But doubt ill get it. Avoid with children

"A Bit shabby, but ok really"

Room was ok, very central, has cooking facilities.

Confusing key situation. No hotel sign on door. Poor shower pressure. Had to prop open window with bottle. Neglected property for some reason.
