Gorgeous Central Hastings Old Town

Soon arrive there was no one there couldn’t get in the main door had to speak to someone through a ring door bell after entering the property no lights on was dark no switches worked no instruction on how to get in the room we discovered a safe which we had to work out the code to find the keys after entering the room it was trashed bed not made rug across the room mess everywhere ir was horrific dirty messy will never stay again

The beautiful sea view, close to all amenities!

No visible manager on site!, I suffer from chronic arthritis and asked for a room as close to the ground as possible, was told ok but when I arrived I was placed at the very top of the building! Was not happy about that!. Dirty pillow cases.

The owner did not act responsibly. At the last minute before arrival they informed us that they could not accept, apologized and promised to return the entire amount. A month has passed and no one has returned the money. A very unpleasant situation.

Comfortable, central and good value

I was worried about the possible fire hazards. No fire doors or extinguishers etc that I could see. Bathroom sharing a bit grim.
