YEN Hidden Valley

Everything was perfect—from the staff's attitude to the location. It's a very quiet and beautiful valley where you feel completely at peace and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The bungalows are small, but clean and cozy, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. There's a beautiful pool with the right depth, and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Parking is available. Breakfasts are modest but delicious—there's a choice of hot dishes, a few snacks, and fresh fruits and vegetables. The coffee in the hotel restaurant was very nice. We'll definitely come back here again to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

Incredible location and staff. A true jungle experience and the rooms are lovely! The staff are beyond helpful and friendly, a relaxed atmosphere, and the scenery is mind blowing

Everything is perfect

L’hôtel est juste magnifique, la piscine est face aux montagnes, les bungalows sont super mignons. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Le matin on se réveillait et il y avait une dizaine de papillons à côté de notre balcon. C’était comme dans un rêve.

Le seul point négatif un peu loin de la ville mais nous en avons profité pour nous reposer et cela nous a bien déconnecté

Wat een mooie plek! Het uitzicht, de rust… zeker een aanrader. Met een taxi of scooter ben je in ongeveer 10 a 15 minuten bij de restaurants, koffiebarretjes etc.

Het bijbehorende restaurant is relatief duur en de kwaliteit is redelijk.

Dałbym 10, ale jedzenie, zarówno na śniadaniu, jak i w restauracji, było bardzo przeciętne, a ponadto cena była chyba trochę zbyt wysoka jak na otrzymane warunki - przynajmniej jak na warunki Wietnamu

De ligging, het zwembad, het ontbijt en de mogelijkheid om heerlijke massages te doen!

Het serviceniveau viel ons wat tegen. Zo was een medewerker altijd aan het gamen, en voelde het alsof je hem stoorde met een vraag. Ook werd ons gevraagd onze drankjes die we bij het zwembad konden nuttigen weer terug te brengen bij het restaurant. Het was fijn dat er een taxi service was, maar deze was aardig aan de prijs. Kortom: met alle positieve andere reviews hadden we meer service verwacht!
