Locatie is prachtig. Lekker zwembad, vriendelijk goed engels sprekend personeel. Ze brengen je naar het centrum, regelen taxi en excursies naar Hanoi.

The location was peaceful and the pool, room and facilities were superb! It was such a lovely stay and the staff were lovely and helpful. Food was also delicious! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Really liked this place. Staff are super friendly, food is decent but most importantly it’s set in a lovely location away from the noise and over development of Cat Ba town. What a jewel. We extended our stay 3 times because we didn’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Yen Hidden Valley Cat Ba. It's a peaceful, family-run place surrounded by nature, green hills, flowers, and lots of butterflies. Perfect for escaping busy Hanoi. The family arranged everything for us, from transport to Ha Long Bay and Hanoi to great boat trips and a guided walk through Butterfly Valley. The food was delicious, especially breakfast, and the coffee was most excellent. The staff were very kind and spoke English well. They even sorted all our laundry in just a few hours; it came back clean, dry, and smelling freshly laundered. With a relaxing pool, friendly service, and a calm atmosphere, this is a truly special place. We hope to return someday. Thank you

La situation de l'hôtel, dans un cadre idyllique, au calme. Le personnel aux petits soins, toujours très souriant et arrangeant. Le bungalow avait une chambre suffisante, il manquerait juste un rangement supplémentaire. Belle salle de bain et bonne literie. La piscine est magnifique et très propre. La restauration est très bonne. Petit déjeuner très varié et excellent. L'endroit est à l'écart de toutes commodités (boutiques, autre restauration...) L'hôtel loue des scooters et demande le pick up de l'hôtel dès que l'on en a besoin.

Piscine très agréable Très beau cadre au cœur d’une jolie vallée avec vue sur une formation rocheuse que des visiteurs viennent photographier (> elle doit être dans un guide local !) Restaurant sur place (ce qui est nécessaire, car, corolaire de la localisation, le lieu est à l’écart de la ville) Service de transports à la demande très efficace qui nous a déposés à Cat Ba City et à l’embarcadère de Ben Beo Présence d’un spa (non testé)

Ras À noter que les chambres classiques semblent être des « tiny houses » (charmantes, mais petites). Nous avions une junior suite (plus spacieuse et avec une kitchenette)

Peaceful location in the valley . Lovely scenery and great facilities and comfortable room . Friendly and kind staff. The restaurant served delicious food and morning breakfast offered a great selection.
