YEN Hidden Valley

We loved our stay here! It was so calm, far away from the busy centre. Staff members were amazing, so kind and helpful! We also booked a day tour to Lan Ha Bay through them and it was a magical experience! Would do all again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and a great place to stay. We hadn't booked any trips before arriving, but everything was done for us by Yen HV and in particular the Serenity Cruise day trip was excellent.

Although we did like our bungalow, it was very small. Not a complaint, but being asked what could be better. The food was excellent, but as pescetarians there were limited options and we ended up eating the same again and again.

We had a wonderful stay, mostly due to the amazing and very attentive staff. Especially TK went above and beyond to make our two days there truly memorable. Breakfast was small but lovely and we missed nothing. We also booked a massage and also recommend this to anyone. A truly relaxing and all in all wonderful experience.

We were looking for a quiet get away, so the location was perfect. For anyone looking for a bit livelier environment, this might not be the place. We loved the serenity and would come back anytime.

Wij kwamen helemaal tot rust in YEN Hidden Valley. Het verblijf is prachtig gelegen in de butterfly valley, waar je veel verschillende soorten vlinders en libelles ziet. We genoten van de stilte, het enige wat je hoort zijn natuurgeluiden. Dit was welgekomen na het drukke Hanoi. De bungalows zijn super proper, de douche is heerlijk, je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook een heel leuk terrasje met stoeltjes waar je kan chillen. We genoten ook van de drankjes en het eten, beste wat we tot nu toe aten in Vietnam. Alles is zeer verzorgd. En tot slot is ook het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze stralen rust uit, wat past bij het verblijf.

Iets waar YEN Hidden Valley niets aan kon doen, maar op onze tweede dag kwam er een grote familie met veel kinderen. Zij waren luid, riepen naar elkaar, denderden de trap af, etc. Dit verbrak wat de magie van het verblijf. Maar dit doet niets af aan onze positieve ervaring bij YEN Hidden Valley.

We stayed in a little bungalow, and i paricularly enjoyed the pool, my other half found it too cold to stay in for a very long time, but for me it was very refreshing, i could have stayed in it all day. It was also bigger than i imagined from pictures. We also liked the restaurant, very relaxed and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Also some of the best english speakers we came across (not that i expect everyone to speak english for me, but it is nice to have a break from the more broken english you encounter elsewhere.)

I suppose if i had to criticise, id say there were one or two areas that were being tidied up and not looking quite at their best, one of the ponds for example.

Location is stunning though remote, like heaven on earth. The family room is large, well appointment and has comfortable beds.

Beautiful, peaceful location - definitely worth staying here away from town. Very easy access to everywhere still. Outstanding staff - extremely helpful at all times. A wonderful stay.

There are a few things that could be improved, more dining and drink options with more elevated flavors. The room was missing a full length mirror

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhig aber nicht einsam. Gutes Essen. Man kann unkompliziert einen Roller mieten mit dem man perfekt die Insel erkunden kann.
