It was clean and breakfast was served

There was no hot water and they said the plumber was coming in the afternoon. We were checking out at 12 lunchtime

"The hotel is a cheat."

They cheated us by not giving the room as there was a huge demand that day due to a political unrest, though the room was booked via Booking.com few days in advance but just to make more money, they cancel the room. We requested them to adjust us as we had nowhere to go and our flight was next night, they offered us an accommodation which was about 3-4 times more expensive than the original booking price. we had no choice but to take that offered accommodation. There were lot more people we saw in a similar situation.
