location good and convenient for airport

no hot water, our room was by the lift and so could hear it all night. not much sound insulation. the lift when it stops makes a loud noise in the room. maybe it’s because of the room location.

Locality to the airport and the price.

Management could have been better. Very slow and poor in responding. Upon arrival our room lock did not work and could not lock the rooms, hence could not go down for dinner. Complained to hotel staff and management to move us to a different room. Was taking over an hour or so therefore decided not to as we were too tired to wait. Service needs to be better as there is a lot of competitive hotels around.

They simply refused to entertain us through booking.com and the lady said we already told booking.com not to book our rooms and thats why we will not entertain their guests. The price we got through booking.com was Pkr 8300 and they were asking us to pay PKR 20,000. We called booking.com help desk in USA and they took 15 minutes to resolve the issue which they failed and costed us extra international calling charges and then the help desk representative hung up and we couldn’t reached the same person.

Abusing the bookers system taking bookings and on arrival telling me they don't have my bookings and they are not responsible for me and my family I booked 3 rooms travelled 200 kilo meters to be told no rooms,turns out they sold my rooms to other customers for extra money i was not the only customer with this issue do not trust the management at all .so I had no where to go and this mismanagement cost me to miss my flights the following day as I had to travel a further 40 miles and the roads where locked down to demonstraters..bad bad bad..

Wonderful location good quality building and clean facilities

WiFi was initially not working but the staff addressed this matter immediately .
