"Hotel AO is a great property if you plan to take in the sites of Kanazawa!"

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel AO Kanazawa. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were also very nice and spacious. Very happy with the housekeeping schedule. We did not need a daily cleaning, but very much appreciated the clean set of towels each day, as well as the water. Your location also is great. We were able to get around to most destinations in the city by walking, which we enjoyed. Overall, we had a very nice experience in Kanazawa and would like to visit again.

The only thing we missed at your property would be on onsen. However, we did appreciate the pajamas, slippers and all the other Japanese amenities, which made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful rooms with clean lines and very clever use of space. Great having a lovely little restaurant in the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.
