Lovely staff, so helpful. Tea, coffee, juice and biscuits in the rooms. Lovely showers and fluffy towels.

No window in either room. Uncomfortable bed (we have slept on many futons, these were not comfortable). Very uncomfortable pillows. No space for open suitcases.
