Lovely room, nice view of entrance to Gardens, friendly helpful staff

Would have liked more choice at breakfast, not just a single fixed choice

Hôtel moderne avec une belle décoration brute parfaitement placé. Rooftop agréable. Petit déjeuner japonais délicieux et personnel à l’écoute. Je recommande !

Lovely hotel - large room facing the garden. Very clean, new hotel. All touristy locations are walking distance.

Just b4 we check-in to the hotel I realized I've booked the wrong room and thanks to the staff Tommy, my husband & I were able to change to a different room and the room was amazing. The hotel was just a short walk to Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku-Garden, a must visit place.

Nothing at all

Location is great, next to the castle and Kenrokuen garden, and walking distance to Higashichaya. We got the Japanese style room which was comfortable - the only thing missing was a window. Liked the high quality of room crockery and bathroom cosmetics. Staff is very courteous and very helpful.

Disappointed with limited breakfast options given the high price. But the positives far outweigh this negative.

Ett mycket fint hotell i fantastiska omgivningar. Hotellet ligger nära till Kanazawa slott, vackra parker, museum, restauranger, intressanta stadsdelar och fina promenader längs floden. Både hotellet och rummen är genomtänkta och fint inredda. Toppenbra och tyst ventilation. Välisolerat från trafiken utanför. Sängen var den bekvämaste på hela Japanresan. Personalen är mycket vänlig och professionell. Plus för gratis minibar. Jättebra frukost.

Utrymmet kring receptionen är lite trångt. Det saknas sittyta och plats för att lägga ifrån saker i ingången till hotellrummet. Det kan vara svårt att höra vad personalen säger när de använder munskydd.
