De location is a little from the center and can feel a bit unsafe for a woman alone at night. But its walkable. The girls of the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hygiene was horrible. We stayed 4 nights and chose this place because reviews said it was super clean and the pool area was nice. The showers and pool were cleaned ONCE during our stay. Disgusting. Bunch of dead leaves in and around the pool, spiderwebs on beds. The area being moist causing lots of mosquitoes and other bugs. We expected the room to be small, but it was extremely small. Could open only one suitcase and then no one can walk.

Nice an cozy but the bedroom is small with no window

Hotel is generally very pretty and 10/10 for the receptionist that was doing an excellent job to make sure we’re happy. We had one of the budget rooms, although it was room No. 1, which was not connected to the other rooms so there was no privacy issue. Everything was new and clean, freshly renovated. The shared bathrooms were ok, however I would consider cleaning them more frequently. The bathrooms closest to the rooms were used most frequently so got dirty quickly, were lacking toilet papier etc., so they could use a quick clieaning every couple of hours. The room itself was terribly small - we were barely able to fit our stuff and we only travel with carry-ons. Considering that there’s a pool and visitors might travel to cenotes, there was absolutely no space to hang towels or other wet stuff. The size of the room makes it ok for a day or two but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the communication via text messaging was wonderful! The fans in the room were very good. The small courtyard is really cute!

The room had an open ceiling to the hallway and adjoining rooms, so provides limited privacy. However, for just one night, and mostly wanting to explore the town and not spend time in the room during the day, it certainly served the purpose! 🙂

The pool area is very inviting, clean bathrooms

Very small rooms, but no privacy because of open roof so you hear your neighbors coming and leaving all the times and even talking. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 nights you heard people having s** in the middle of the night. Stay here for a short stopover but don't come here with your children!
