GBGood location for a short stay, approximately 11 km from the Pitadeniya Sinharaja Forest entrance. Small pool to enjoy after a walk in the forest.
CHBeautiful place surrounded by the nature. Very nice hosts. Even if there are stairs. They will help you with the luggages. Small critique: the rooms could have been a tiny bit more clean. But thinking of where we were and the standard in Sri Lanka it was very good. I would definitely recommend the place and I would come back!

FIWe loved this place! The views were amazing and the atmosphere was peaceful and calming. We visited the Sinharaja Forest Reserve during our stay and our host did an amazing job by organizing the whole trip there, he made everything really easy for us. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone who wants a little getaway from the busy coastline and loves nature.

NLAmazing views and very friendly staff. We only stayed one night to visit Sinharaja rain forest and it was nice enough. The onsite dining and breakfast were a nice and convenient touch. Comfortable bed and nice interior :)
Our cabin could’ve done with some airing out as it was quite musty smelling. The leaking shower needed fixing as you could hear dripping throughout the night. The pool could also use some new water or some chemicals to clear it.
NLWe initially skipped this option when booking the holiday. Mainly because it was new and did not have so many reviews. Later we had a bad experience at vini villas, and had to quickly find something else. We went to Aadiv Twin Villas and were amazed by the location! A beautiful view towards a valley, still close enough to Sinharaja to do a tour there and since the other villa was not booked we basically had the place to ourselves. Very nice pool, very friendly staff and the food as also good. Especially the breakfast, those were the best pol rotis of the whole vacation. If a low amount of reviews is giving you doubts (as it did with us originally) then set those doubts aside! It is a great location and a great experience overall!
Nothing really. Perhaps the staircase is a bit difficult to navigate, especially in the dark. But not impossible. And sleeping at the top level is really cosy and worth it. I can imagine that the experience is a little less relaxing and private if the other villa is also rented out, and maybe rented to, say, a noisy family. To be fair, we were lucky to be the only ones there at the time.
