GBGBThe flat is very spacious and airy with several rooms, including two good-sized double bedrooms . The living/dining area is large with lovely sea views. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom is modern with a large bath and rainfall shower. Five minute walk to the promenade and beach. The owner told us of a great place to go for long or short walks. We had an enjoyable stay and would happily stay again. I would highly recommend it.
The entrance to the apartment block and communal staircase are somewhat run down, as mentioned in other reviews, although this is clearly out of the apartment owner's control and didn't affect our stay. This flat is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to the stairs to the third floor. The only other (slight) issue was the squeaking bed frame in the master bedroom, which could do with looking at.

GBWe had a wonderful time. The flat was super spacious and felt like a home away from home with all the right necessities and unique decor. Amazing view and location, with quirky eateries to choose from.especially thoughtful was the birthday card for my husbands 50th, which was the reason for the trip.
GBFlat is spacious and well maintained With everything you need. Close to shops and restaurants in the St Leonards marina and centre as well as Hastings centre not being very far. Host also very helpful and on hand if needed.
Communal areas poorly maintained ( but once inside the flat it is great) and the road outside the property being run down and not always easy to park

AUApartment was clean with nice design touches. Great location.
GBCommunication from the Host was absolutely excellent. Clear instructions for accessing the keys, both written and photos. When we had a little maintenance issue, the Host was quick to reply. The apartment was very spacious with the bedrooms across the hall from each-other. Great sea views, as described. Lots of positive comments in the Visitor's book.
The communal areas were shabby. However, I am not sure what influence, if any the Host has regarding this. :)

The stairs, 3 flights are not especially user friendly, particularly for anyone with mobility issues and the entrance hallway and stairs are poorly decorated and quite musty. This shouldn't detract from the apartment itself. It was great!
