Parking is a bit hit and miss (and tight parallel parking!) but that's true anywhere this close to the sea in St Leonard's. We found the beds a bit soft and bouncy, but that might suit some people!
GBThe views of the sea were special, there was lots of space for the 3 of us, there were lovely details and we liked all the interesting art on the walls. The lighting was lovely, all in all just impressed with the thought that had gone into it. The kitchen was nice with a small bar area with stools. We really appreciated the teabags, coffee and sugar too.
The only thing that was slightly puzzling was the lack of small saucepans, and maybe a larger bowl or two would have been handy but that is all, everything else was fantastic.

GBA lovely flat with beautiful views of the sea. Great communication from the owner. The flat was comfortable and warm. Great shower! Generally good facilities - fridge freezer, large flat screen TV. Very clean.
Just a few small things that could be improved... Lack of saucepans to cook There was a dishwasher, but it was out of order (to be fair it the dishwasher wasn't listed in the facilites, but it would have been nice to use) One of the chairs at the dining table was rickety No shower mat Entrance lobby and stairs to property were tatty and tired (but not the flat itself).

GBThe apartment was in a gorgeous location overlooking the sea, with the sunlight streaming into the living room and bedroom in the morning.The flat's decor had some striking features by way of various vintage posters, artworks and ornaments that added to the inviting and engaging vibe of the place.The facilities such as the beds and bedding were extremely comfy with a luxurious feel; the large TV with streaming channels was much appreciated after visiting the great pubs and restaurants nearby. The immediate area of St Leonards has a real bohemian feel with unusual and eclectic shops,restaurants,cafes and pubs well worth exploring further on another visit. Thanks Dorothy for a great stay and quick responses to any queries.
The decor in the communal entrance to the building and stairs (before reaching the stairs to this flat ) could be improved.

Steps to the flat were a small bit steep for my parents!
