Friendly hosts. Modern, clean and nicely decorated apartment in a good location and right on the coast.

The apartment was excellent, clean and with all the utensils.the apartments are near the centre of Marmaras but not close enough to be annoyed by the noise.excellent location with a small beach just across the road.Maria and her family were hospitable and made their best to please us. thank you for a great stay!

A beautiful view from the apartment in a quiet seafront of Neos Marmaras. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable and well-located. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made our stay an absolute pleasure. There's a little beach with crystal clear water right across the hotel. Highly recommend this place!

The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We had a wonderul view of the sea from the balcony. There is a tranquil, small cove beach right opposite the hotel. The view of the sea coast from the street is spectacular, especially around sunset.

Everything was great, very clean apartment. Very kind hosts, we will definitely come back again.

We liked the location, it's a 5 minute walk to the small port, the view was wonderful and there was a daily cleaning service that we didn't expect. The apartment we booked was actually an entire floor of the building and even though we were at the 3rd floor in the front and had a great view, we were at street level in the back with easy access to our car straight from the balcony, this was a great plus because it made it easy to load and unload.
