The studio was pretty close to the center of Neos Marmaras in a quiet area!

1. Even is very close to the sea (20 m), the beach there is very, very small and with rocks! 2. You can hear the noise from the hallway and the studio next door!

Maria and her mother are the perfect hosts! They made sure to provide us with everything we need. The apartments are nice and clean. Thank you!

I liked everything. The view is amazing, both at day and at night. Everything was squeaky clean and modern furniture, I have no words to describe how much I like this accommodation. 10 is not enough. :) It has an elevator - big bonus. Huge terrace Possibility to exit from two ways Really friendly hosts 10min walk to the city center, 5min to the nearest supermarket

I told that there is no need for towel change everyday, but they did it anyway. Not sure if it's a minus, just more work for them and we didn't need it that often. :)

Dedis is positioned directly in front a small beach with not too many people and cristal clear water. It felt like beeing in exclusive resort, from the full see veiew terrase of the appartment, you could see the beach, it is 20 meters away. Hotel itself is upscale, with attention to every detail. Hard working host is the whole day present in the facility and keep it spotless.

I lowed everything and I am coming back next year. I could be even happier if there would be a possibility to have breakfast.

terrace - it was facing a wall

Room was great. 55 square meter apartment with sea view on the second floor. Bed was very soft and comfortable and the whole apartment is very well equipped. It even has a built-in hair dryer. Service is excellent. Rooms are cleaned every day, bed sheets are changed every day, along with towels. You get a fresh body towel and a hand towel for each person every day. You get disposable room slippers on check-in. You also get a roll of toilet paper every day. Location is splendid. It's right next to the sea and it has access to a small beach right in front of the building. Paradisos beach is also very close, albeit up (then down) a steep slope. If you dislike slopes, this is a place for you as you can reach the city center without going up (or down) a hill.

Nothing

Location was perfect. Close to the city center, yet far enough from the crowd. In a perfeclty quiet street and right in front of the beach. Tila, our cleaning lady kept everything perfectly clean every day. Such a kind and hardworking lady. 🌷Room was great. Sound proof. Clean. Big enough.

Our balcony had no view - view between two walls. Luckily, we used big sea view balcony that is actually common space in front of the building, to have a coffee there, every morning.
