The value, the privacy

It was hard to communicate with the staff, there was no living place in the room besides the beds, a little bit out of the centre

Only one tiny window opening out onto the road. Super noisy with traffic but also could hear people above the apartment. Strong smell of paint fumes. Very basic and overpriced.

The apartment is clean, warm and spacious. It's a 10 minute walk to the main plaza and has small shops, restaurants and bars even closer. The communication with the host was excellent and they were helpful in assisting me to book an early morning taxi to the airport. The beds are comfortable and the shower is hot! A perfect stay in Cusco for a group or family!

The place is very well located near the city center by foot. The rooms are confortable and adapted to eldery persons and kids. Susan helped us a lot during our stay and was easlily reacheable she gave us useful advices.

The people were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were allowed to checkin early. Jorge and his wife was lovely throughout and helped with all my questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The location is amazing and the apartment was spotless.

The wifi was slow at times

Close to the center! Cozy.

Great location (only 10 mins walk to the centre) and the owners were fantastic. Really responsive, understanding of busy agenda when checking in, and very communicative. We would 100% stay here again.

The wifi didn't really extend past the lounge, but it was a very minor point. Also, some of the plug sockets didn't work - easily fixable.

Close to the plaza de armas, like 10 minutes walk. Hot water available, the internet slow but ok. We definitely return.
