The staff members are courteous and extremely accommodating. The establishment is tidy, clean, and very accessible. Easy to find and safe to stay. Highly recommended.

There's nothing I dislike; the only thing I've noticed is that they don't have a wall clock and . I would like to suggest adding a bread toaster and sets of plates and cutlery. 🙂

Die Erreichbarkeit zum Resort ist zwar nur vom Strand aus gegeben, dafür überwog für mich jedoch der große Vorteil, dass die Zimmer quasi in einer ruhigen Innenlage ohne Durchgangsverkehr liegen und daher schön leise sind. Alles in 1min erreichbar und schön sauber mit sehr freundlichem Personal, die gerne bei Fragen und Buchungen helfen. Wenn ich daher wieder auf Borocay bin, wähle ich dieses Resort erneut!

Close to the beach, nice staff, very competitive price, the spacious front yard

The shower heater. If you open the shower for the first time, let the water run first. The water inside the small container can be very very hot. It almost burned my chest. I had to apply aloe vera to calm the pain. I couldn't even wear a shirt. It subsided after a few hours. Maybe they should put a sign to warn people. Attached is the picture of the nasty heater.
