Bans Beach Resort Boracay

I spent a week on Boracay and had a bad experience with my first accommodation, so I decided to move — and I’m so glad I found Bans Beach Resort. What a wonderful place. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable! The rooms with private bathrooms are quite basic, but very clean and genuinely very pleasant. The staff were incredibly caring and exceptionally kind, truly some of the nicest people I’ve met while traveling. The location is perfect: just two minutes from the beach and the main promenade, yet it feels very private and peaceful. You don’t hear the noise, which makes it easy to relax. There is also a diving school on-site, and nearby you can book pretty much any activity you might want. I would happily come back and definitely recommend this place to others.

One small suggestion: the rooms are cleaned very thoroughly and everything smells fresh, including the bedding. However, it might be worth checking the mattresses and pillows, as there was a slight feeling of humidity in them.

Location is excellent, just off the beach. Nice and quiet and friendly staff

Lovely attentive staff (had an issue with the shower and the whole team came over to resolve it instantly) Lovely garden area and location to access the beach within 2 minutes

No drinking water machine at the property. There is no storage shelves in the bathroom which made it difficult with toiletries. The shower head was very low for hair washing. The bed was very hard to sleep on.
