La ubicación y lo práctico que es el apartamento.

Que nos reclamen 100 euros por un daño que no hemos hecho. Cuando salimos del apartamento la taza del váter no tenía ninguna raja, como figura en la foto que nos han mandado. Por supuesto no hicimos fotos, porque estaba todo en perfecto estado.

The host was polite and responsive and answered the phone even at 2 a.m. Communication and check-in process were professional. The apartment itself looked nice and okay-maintained during the approximately 15 minutes we spent inside - unfortunately in tears and panic.

This was the scariest travel experience in my life, do not go there! We arrived late at night and a person who appeared homeless was able to open the main gate without using the needed code and followed us inside. He then went directly to our apartment door and attempted to access it. Feeling unsafe, we left the property and returned shortly after to check if the area was clear. When we entered the apartment, it was evident that someone had been there shortly before us. There was a knife on the floor, dirty bandages, hair from a shaving machine in the bathroom, nails and other sharp objects on the ground, and socks drying on the heater. At the same time, the bed was perfectly made and the towels were neatly arranged, which made the situation feel confusing and concerning rather than like a simple cleaning oversight. Due to these circumstances, we did not feel safe staying in the apartment and left immediately and had to book the closest hotel nearby in the middle do the night, which made the whole trip extremely expensive and outside of our budget. The property’s handling of this situation has been inadequate and dismissive of the seriousness of the incident. Their response focused solely on cleaning-related explanations and a goodwill gesture, without addressing the core issue of guest safety. No refund was provided.

As a plus the location is very good and handy for all directions.

The apartment lacks the cleaning, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat was stained by pee marks, the shower was filled with mold and black mold in some spots. When we got in the air was irrespirable, no fresh air before arrival. Also the place is close to a restaurant backspace where employees hangout and the noise is very present late in the night.
