Actually, it is a good place for stay. Friendly hospitality.

Had to call for the AC remote controller. But it is not a big mistake.

This property is located very next to Mirissa main beach. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Also there are Cafes nearby so it is easy to get some brunch and dinner. We had some issues with AC in our room as it was not cooling properly and it was quite humid. But owner was kind enough to give us other vacant room with good air condition.

1.The staffs were not cordial. Even though we made our booking long back, we were informed that the good rooms were allocated to other guests. We had 04 elderly people in our group who had to shift to the second floor because of the paucity of rooms. 2. During our three days long stay, they did not clean our rooms for a single day. Even while asking for tea cups and pots, new set of towels and bedsheets; we ourselves had to bring those to our rooms. 3. One of the male staffs only showed interest to talk to us just for the sake of arranging a vehicle for our Galle visit. Since his rate was quite high, we didn't go with his offer. He was not concerned about our stay at their premise. 4. The door latch in our room was also broken.

Everyone there was very kind and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location is great - around a 5-10 min walk to Mirissa beach.

Great, really comfortable, great value for money, might come back in a couple of weeks!

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and smelled good, the bathroom was nice.

It may be too hot for some people without the AC, but for me the fan was just enough and I had no problems
