Very comfy bed, clean/new apartment with good size and balcony to stretch. Just 100m from main road but still quiet at night. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location

- doors to balcony had huge gaps when closed, allowing lots of mosquitos into the room in the evening and night. - ants in the room. - no room service. We had to ask them to clean our room as we were staying for 7 nights and it became very sandy. They sweep the floor of the bedroom but did not clean bathroom, did not give new towels and did not replace bedding despite advertising on booking.com that they offer room service. - not very friendly man who runs it, felt like a burden the whole time. - at the end when we checked out they tried to blame us for some staining on a wooden desk. Tried to say we owe them lots of money for the desk. The stains had been covered by a tray during our whole stay (which had been conveniently removed when they accused us). I made them fetch the tray which showed the tray was causing the staining - trying to scam us?

Location was perfect. Family are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We didn't sleep much due to the noise from the restaurant next-door to us.

Close to beach.

There service is worst. Water supply problem.

Friendly staffs, comparatively cleaner and larger rooms

The room was so crisp and white and clean.. it had a kettle, which is always a plus. It was a short walk to the beach. Mirissa is a really nice beach and has lots of nice restaurants. All the staff were very helpful too and allowed me to check in early as i wasn't feeling very well. I'd really recommend staying here. The room also had a fan and air conditioning. It was also very close to an exceptional breakfast and brunch place called Extreme Cafe..
