Living and kitchen area small On arrival one of the apartments was not cleaned had to ring the out of office to get someone to come and clean the apartment . Experienced rats running around in the courtyard at the front .

Place was freezing when we arrived. Took hours to warm up. Didn’t take any warm clothes so had to sit with towels over us.
