Crescent Court modern and luxurious Apartments York

Clean, modern apartment with everything you could need for a short stay. Location was ideal being close to the station but in a quiet street. Local Sainsburys at the end of the road too!!

Lovely cosy space with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms!

There was a noisy extraction filter in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms that was very loud and there wasn’t a hairdryer

Apartment was excellent very modern and clean. In christmas time we had amazing Christmas tree. :)

Noises from outside even in the night time u can hear when the gate open and close and somebody walking by steps outside.

Location was perfect. Street looked a little scruffy until you get through main gate. Apartment had everything you needed.ie toaster, kettle, towels etc. Very mpdern ... 😃

The (im guessing) the celing air filter system was unbearable , the contstant noise above the bed (2 x single room). It didnt turn off and very loud so unable to get a decent sleep.. as for the downstairs bedroom you also are kept awake with the same system and constant creaky floor boards! Wasnt made aware it be on 2 floors as was stated it was ground floor apartment. Wasnt the end of the world but could be for the unabled... Could do with a better tv as this one had a mind of its own, having to turn off at the wall and on again in order to get it working. As for the sofa once seated do not move and its again very creaky.... Overall the apartment was clean... just a shame people dont take their shoes off , as they have cream carpets.. which are quite stained. Just a little idea. When we stripped the beds we noticed not matress protevtors on 🥲🥲 It be more hygenic with them.

Very clean

Location- not city centre..had to Uber everyday to get into centre to shops restaurants etc. Noisy neighbours, gate banging into night early morning. Opposite a office block with no privacy, just curtains, so if open window was in full view. Sofas uncomfortable. Room too hot and stuffy couldn’t open window as opens into street really wide.

Apartment clean tidy, most fixtures fittings new, 2 bathrooms, quiet location. The kitchen was superb and tea, coffee washing up liquid etc provided which was much appreciated. Heating excellent. Building secure.

Parking, initially, 11am, could not get parked anywhere remotely near the apartment. Returned later, after 4pm, and got parked opposite for remainder of stay.which was a bonus.

The property was clean, modern and in a good location, beds were very comfortable.

There was a fan in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms that was on constantly and we couldn’t turn it off, the settee wasn’t the comfiest.

It was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The showers were really good, it was great to have an en-suite. Great location for a city break.

There were only two mugs for tea and coffee so we had to take it in turns to have a cup of tea. We think the lounge would benefit from another chair as it is an apartment for four and could only really seat three comfortably.
