Annalisa is the most kind and warm-hearted host and we had a wonderful stay in Rimini. The room and bathroom were clean and well furnished. The location is very central, but in a quiet street. Annalisa showed us around the whole house und provided lots of info and also fresh fruits everyday, I specifically enjoyed the peaches :) communication with her was perfect. She even sent me my forgotten charger via post to my home in Germany which was more than kind and attentive of her and definetly not something everyone would do. Thanks for everything dear Annalisa :)

la stanza si presenta pulita e dallo stile moderno, posizionata a pochi minuti dal mare e vicino a negozi e ristoranti. La proprietaria è molto gentile. Bella esperienza!

Annalisa ci ha accolti con un’attenzione fuori dal comune, regalandoci addirittura due ombrellini pieghevoli poiché quando siamo arrivati pioveva. Preziose le indicazioni su Rimini e sugli itinerari suggeriti. Grazie ancora.

Annalisa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist frisch renoviert. Rimini bietet sich gut zum Fahrradfahren an. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Unbedingt vorher anmelden!!! Fahrräder können in der Garage abgestellt werden. Wir gehen immer an den öffentlichen Strand beim Riesenrad. Die Bar Souvenir bietet gute Salate und leckeren Cappuccino.

Die Lage ist zwar recht zentral, aber wenn man mit dem Auto kommt muss man in den engen Einbahnstraßen ziemlich zirkeln. Ein Zimmer hat das Badezimmer außerhalb des eigentlichen Zimmers. Das wird im Text ("privates Badezimmer") nicht deutlich. Wir konnten noch tauschen.

The host was warm friendly and took the time to ensure that I had everything I needed and knew what was available. She volunteered information about things to do, safety and how to get around. The place was so peaceful

"Location perfetta"

Location perfetta per un weekend o una vacanza. Spazi ampi, aree comuni arredate con cura, dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza. Il b&b si trova in una via interna molto silenziosa, a due passi dal metro mare e vicinissimo alle spiagge. Annalisa è un’host preziosa e disponibile. Spero di tornare il prossimo anno!
