Annalisa, la proprietaria, è stata molto accogliente e attenta a qualsiasi mia esigenza. La posizione ottima sia rispetto alla stazione che al mare, la colazione, in un bar esterno in convenzione, è integrata con frutta fresca e bevande all'interno della struttura sempre disponibili.

it is perfect. I came early. the room have been ready at 10:00. and I leave late untill 19:00. a lot of fruit, coffee, tea and other things.

Really nice, very clean, very friendly service.. nice, clean shared kitchen with some snacks and a coffee machine.

Everything was perfect!

Super clean. Quiet. 5mins to the beach and about 20 mins to the Arc of Augustus and the train station. Good kitchen area. Lots of extras, e.g. the orange juicer was great. Annalise the property manager was kind and very helpful.

In the room descriptions, it is not clear for all the rooms if the private bathroom is internal or external. (Oct 25). Unwittingly, I had booked a room with an external bathroom, even though it didn’t list it as external in the title or description. This needs to be fixed asap.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett. Alles ist sehr sauber und wirkt neu. Man hat auch Zugang zu einem Spiel- bzw. Spielzimmer und zu einer Küche mit allem zur Selbstversorgung. Alles ist perfekt bis ins Kleinste ausgestattet. Klare Empfehlung!!!
