NLThe hotel was beautiful, great location and staff was friendly.
No coffee before 9am and no possibility to make coffee in the room. This is something that can be easily improved. Even by adding a self service coffee buffet in the garden for guests that are up early. The room was clean and comfortable but we couldnt take a proper shower as there was little to no water pressure, next to that it was also cold and there was a terrible gutter smell in the bathroom that lingers to the room. We had to buy cleaning products and room spray to help with this. We reported this back everyday but nothing was done to fix it or suggestion to move us to a different room. I assume all rooms have this problem.
MXGreat location (5min walk from city center), superb rooms, super comfy bed, friendly staff. Checked out at 7am without a problem.

there was no hot water in the shower which was disappointing for a hotel of such high quality

They have some bells, maybe from a church that rings every 15 minutes starting super early on the weekend that makes it really hard to rest
USUSUSThe parking, scenery, aesthetics, pool, and view were amazing. The free continental breakfast was a great touch for the morning, and the staff was all nice and courteous.
No air conditioning in the room the restroom was hot... the portable air conditioner was just enough for my husband to get a good night's rest.
