USEverything was great. Great staff, beautiful location. Best hotel I’ve stayed at ever maybe. I couldn’t believe it. It was my birthday and they treated me so well, even giving me a little carrot cake. Highly recommend.
My only complaint is that the pool area played loud music until after 11:30 and I had to ask them to turn it down. They did immediately, and perhaps they didn’t realize. No big deal. But because the room was stuffy, I needed to have to window open, so it was difficult to get to sleep. However, that was nothing compared to the beauty and grandeur of the place.
GBCentral location, clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. They let us check in early which was very helpful and on site parking was available. They also let us leave the car there a couple of hours post check out.
The room didn’t have air conditioning. They did have a fan however and given the temperature, it would’ve been better if they had AC.

USThe views from the balcony were cool. The pool area was picturesque and well landscaped. The parking valets were polite and prompt. Once tipped, the bell boy brought ice quickly.
The reception area was cluttered and dirty. The breakfast was poor. There were no decaf beans, only nescafe if I wanted decaf. The caffeinated coffee was weak and tasteless. The fruit was a small amount, the bread items offered without butter were also stale. My husband ordered huevos rancheros (which were not on the free breakfast) and they arrived in a large soup of sauce that came from a can. I ordered avocado toast which were abysmal - the toast wasn't toasted and served one on top of another with avocado smeared on each, with a large slab of unmelted cheese on top, and balsamic glaze drizzled on top - a soggy mess. We left on our second morning without getting the breakfast. The service could not careless if we liked the meal and did not enquire when I barely ate any of it. However, I think this was all due to the distance from Mexico City and lack of sophistication. The price was WAY too high for the level of sophistication. The room was sparsely furnished with no comfy chair, even though there was plenty of room. There were no bedside lamps for reading. The closet had no doors, even thought there was plenty of room.
