MXEl hotel está bonito, muy colonial, está a 8 min caminando al centro,es un lugar muy tranquilo si quieres relajarte y desconectarte,las habitaciones cómodas, el personal siempre amable y muy accesible, llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos dieron habitación afortunadamente había disponibilidad, además me preguntaron el motivo de mi visita, comenté que fue mi por mi cumpleaños y a la hora del desayuno hará las mañanitas y pastel me obsequiaron! Detallazo la verdad!El internet 10 de 10, las instalaciones y habitaciones limpias, y cómodas, la comida está rica…la verdad espero poder ir pronto de nuevo!

US⭐ 3.5 stars We weren’t able to stay at our usual hotel in Tepoztlán, so we decided to try something new. Hotel Palacio del Cobre looked promising—close to town, well-reviewed, and with attractive photos. Overall, it was a decent experience, though there’s definitely room for improvement. The Good: Service was friendly and efficient from the start. Our third-floor room was spacious, clean, and had a charming view—definitely worth the stairs if you’re able to manage them, since there’s currently no elevator. The bathroom was also clean and functional.
Room for Improvement: Unfortunately, hot water was almost non-existent on our floor. It took nearly 5 minutes to turn lukewarm, and the water pressure was just a sad trickle. For a hotel aspiring to a higher tier, this really needs fixing—a small investment in a water pressurizer could go a long way. The pool, while unheated, was refreshing on a hot day. But there was loud music playing nonstop all afternoon—even at breakfast. It detracted from the peaceful surroundings and stunning views. A little more quiet would truly elevate the experience. Breakfast itself was minimal: fruit and toast or juice—not both. They do offer à la carte options, but if you’re hungry, you’re probably better off eating elsewhere in town.

DKMXEl hotel es precioso. Tiene una vista muy linda. Las habitaciones son muy grandes. La cama muy cómoda. Las sábanas y las toallas muy limpias.
No está terminado, pienso. No hay WiFi. Por lo tanto, está el televisor pero no se puede ver porque necesita WiFi 😐 El aire acondicionado no esta en funcionamiento "todavia". Te dan un ventilador. Los contactos están todos mal.colocados en la habitación. No es un hotel tan barato para tener tantos peros. El desayuno incluido se sirve a partir de las 9 ??? Te advierten que si después de 3 minutos de salir el.agua de la regadera no sale caliente, tienes que llamar para pedir ayuda. Qué feo. Eso es incómodo 😕
