USLocation was perfect. Staff was easy to get a hold of via what’s app if you need them. The setting with the mountains in the background was serene. The place looked just like the pictures. The only downside is the hot water takes a while to heat up…just be patient. But everything was great and relaxing. The staff was very accommodating

MXLa ubicaciòn cerca del centro, las vistas desde el hotel son muy buenas al Tepozteco, excelentes condiciones, la alberca agradable, buen desayuno, camas còmodas, limpieza buena en general.
Las toallas de baño son muy delgadas, pueden mejorar la calidad por el precio de la habitaciòn, no ponen toalla en el baño para poner en el piso despues de bañarse. No hay agua para beber en las habitaciones.
USIt was close to everything and the hotel is nice, the room is spacious and comfortable. Plus the staff is very nice and accommodating.
When I went they were doing some renovations on the rooms next to mine and it would get very loud and uncomfortable, they’d start early so they’d wake me up, also the workers kept mistaking the rooms and tried to go in mine several times so that’d either wake me up or scare me as I was staying alone. I’m aware this is an isolated incident as they’re not always doing construction but that’s the only downside of my stay.

ESMXEl desayuno estaba rico, bien servido, buena atención de parte del personal. Las camas estaban muy cómodas, descansamos muy bien . La ubicación perfecta.
En general el hotel bien, solo fue que un hombre gritando hablando por teléfono en la alberca incomodando a la gente de al rededor. Sé que no tiene que ver con el hotel pero ese fue el único punto negativo.
