La habitacion es muy bonita, el Spa es maravilloso y el personal muy amable.

Cuando llegue no había gel ni agua caliente y la almohada estaba sucia. Los 2 ultimos lo solucionaron pero nunca repusieron el gel. Que te pidan un deposito en cash de mas del Importe de la habitacion me parece bastante abusivo (ni que fueras a destrozarlo todo). La localización es bastante mala porque esta en medio de la nada y alejado de la ciudad pero eso hace que el precio sea mas asequible. El desayuno en el bar de abajo relacion calidad precio esta bien pero son lentisimos.

All the same things we liked the first time we stayed here. We came back after we climbed Mt Kinabalu and enjoyed the foot soak in the spa centre on level 2 a lot!

The staff at this family-run hotel went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was super clean and bathroom spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed a complimentary foot soak which was amazing after having climbed Mt Kinabalu. There is a lift which is convenient for moving luggage up to the room.

The property was actually a pure jackpot in Kota Kinabalu. The staff was absolutely amazing even providing a pickup from the airport, the helper with all issues or troubles. The apartment was greatly equipped with everything, even a water filter for drinking water. And close by even has one of the best Ayam Penyet places in KK where even the locals order from 🙏

It’s a little bit outside KK so make sure to calculate for grabs to the city for about 10-15 RM

The unique setting of the room. The bath suite and the lightning control is awesome.

The internet WiFi they provide are just minimal. Recommended to upgrade their internet speed.
