Kind,friendly,soft spoken staff. Clean room,good facilities,cozy bed The restaurant served good tea. They even helped me with my car problem. Cant thank you enough for the helps. Inshaallah,gonna book again.

Beautifully presented, very clean. Ideally located for transport to main Kota Kinabalu city. Absolute value and the best accommodation for the price I have ever experienced in this area

Beautifully designed room, floors located above a spa for some much appreciated therapy.

A little table and chairs would have been nice. Sometimes noise from vehicles outside filtered into the room easily. Also when removing card from room power supply switched off.. which I realised affected food in mini fridge..

I have been travelling for 3 years and this place was exceptional and probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. The rooms and whole place is beautifully decorated and the hotel sits amongst a spa. They also have a restaurant attached. The place is family run and you could really tell how much thought and effort everyone put into making the place what it is! Everything is perfect. Although it is located a bit further out the city don’t let it put you off because you feel like you are in paradise inside. I got a massage done, which included a sit down with the doctor to tailor the massage to my health and wellbeing :) Staff are amazing and really kind too. A big thank you to all the staff for making it an amazing stay and especially to Fara for all your help :)

I like how clean the hotel is. It smells good and it's very peaceful. The bed is big, clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and nice. There is a filtered water dispenser which was good to have water to drink anytime, the room was spacious and it smelled good. The furniture and lighting is nice, the place looks new or maybe newly renovated. The staff were nice and helpful. The owner gave me a complementary hydrotherapy and they really took care of me checking my blood pressure and making sure I was calm and relaxed. The massage was good, perfect way to end my tiring 2 week trip around Sabah, the internet was good, the tv had netflix, the staff were quick to answer and fix any issues (like the water dispenser, it was no putting out much water and that was resolved right away), everything looks new and nice, i like the complementary home slippers, i like how there were usb plugs, the staff gave me an extra key to make sure the room I was in was cool when I had to go out, I like how there was body soap and shampoo, i like that there were tissues by the bed and kitchen tissues and of course toilet paper, they offered to check my urine, they were really good ij shating about their therapy methods and really tried to help me feel better physically

I did not like how it was not near any places to stroll around (but good in a way to end my trip because I was tired), the lift was not 24 hours (althpugh when I told the staff that I'll be checking out late night, they made sure it was still running), in the bathroom, i suggest the shower wall to be tiles or cement vs wood because it might be bad in the long run ( no issues when I was there tho). And it would be better if there could be a shower door to avoid water going to the toilet area, the bed was shaking from the movement in the other room so i think the wall is very thin,

This is a hidden gem, just 15mins from kk. Rooms have a luxurious feel with great attention to details, and even comes with a water filter. The spa for massage or facial is a must!
