Easy check-in process & helpful host.

The unit was dirty and has not been cleaned yet when we checked in. But after reporting to the host, they sent their cleaners around 2 hours later. It's fair enough but the cleaners were grumbling about it. We had to go out from the unit for half an hour for them to clean the room. After the cleaners left, we realised the sofa had an awful smell but we just let it be. So funny since they were charging RM100 of cleaning fees. So definitely the first & last staying.

The staff wasn’t responsive. Not pickup calls. Slow respond. Doesnt tell earlier to have a QR Code before arrival, and when I arrived, the guard needs the QR Code to scan, and the staff reply late and didnt pick up the calls. To use the swimming pool, you need to pay rm10 per head to management. The staff wasnt polite, not even a sorry for giving my family and I difficulties while check in. Told me that he will ask the maid come because there was a filthy towels in my closet, but till the day i checked out, no maid came to clean that.

- bossy security guard wondering around with electric scooter 🛴 - EVERY PAX WHO WANT TO USE THE POOL NEED TO PAY... And not mentioned in the listing So in need to top-up extra RM 50 for 5 pax to use the pool to the management of the building..for me This is FIRST Time i need to pay the homestay pool

Apartment filthy, very run down, very basic kitchen equipment and furniture. Bathroom flooded each time shower was used. Walls covered in marks, doors covered in mould, kitchen had no hot water. Kitchen cloths and scourers were so dirty that I did not use them. Front door locking system was not easy to use.
