The house is clean

There is no house number 32! So when we arrived, we were denied entry by the guards! We were left to stay outside of the guardhouse with large luggages and kids. Luckily the management of ehsan residences came and alllow us to enter . So disappointed of the management of the homestay (Bbeestay), we called them multiple times but never picked up the call! Confusing instructions. Also Took our deposit a day earlier. We only managed to check in only after we plead them that we'll just stay for a very short period. Hope can improve your service in the future.

We booked under same management of Air BNB for 4 units on same night. But that unit was not used cos we could arrange 3 units. Due to parking difficulties, we pardoned to provide parking slot and gate pass for temporary in and out of Condo although we not plan to stay in this unit. However, this Air BnB management provide car parking but there was no provision of gate pass. We have to ask security for other car parking slots. The payment has been made to Booking.com and it is entitled to use gate pass (even we not stay inside the room). We wasted RM 250++ without getting gate pass.

The house big enough for a family of 7! Got 4 rooms and 7 beds. Still can sleep at the living room coz got sofa. 2 toilets, kitchen and you can cook with their pot and utensils. Got pinggan mangkuk and coffee sikit Netflix Pool Staff was helpful Around 20 minutes from KLIA.

- the deposit a bit high. RM200 is a bit high for deposit ( even tho we got it back after check out) I think RM50 should be enough and RM100 is normal for deposit. - checkout at 11 am? Since when? Normal hour should be around 12 noon! We got few homestay too, if checkout at 12 and check in at 3pm, still got enough time to kemas2. 1 hour a lot to do. Can still eat and rehat a bit.

More space.

The unit is so comfortable for families and clean. I will revisit here next time
