Very clean organization

There was no AC

Convenience and location, come and go as you please to one of the most walkable city/area in FL ! Instructions are clear and concise, and the facilities are clean and useful. The air conditioner and ceiling fan are helpful too!

I didn't like the age of the furnishings and the diy 2 x 4 furniture.

Difficult to get in gate

Location is excellent, very close to Ybor City and access to the streetcar and buses into Downtown. Don the host is very kind and helpful! Bathrooms and kitchen were really clean and well-equipped and there is plenty of out-door space for smoking/spending time outside. Very secure (locks on outside gates, codes to collect keys, locks on dorm doors etc)

Only issue was the mattress - could feel the springs and bars, no padding on top of the metal. The mattress on the other bed in the room had padding/was quite comfortable so not sure why it wasn't the same for mine. I did manage to sleep in the end but some cushioning on the springs/metal makes a huge difference. Otherwise, would give 10/10.
