+ closed parking + quietly town area + breakfast area with free coffee and tea

- There was some bug with water pump — it made loud noises any time i used any water, you can hear it from the room and outside - So I guess better stay at the other building which has 2 floors and further away from the lobby (I stayed at one of 2 rooms in the building where lobby is, on the first floor)

-Quiet Atmosphere - friendly staff and owner -Good wifi - free water and coffe -good bed

- breakfast could be better( No fruits , No Pancake) Just Rice and egg -

The bathroom was great, hot water and clean. Room was clean and we liked being able to have tea and coffee available at anytime. Close to our preferred restaurant in Ruteng, the Depot Makan Daging Babi Spesial Ketong Pung Ruteng.

The mattress was not comfortable (metallic springs? sticking in your shoulder when sleeping on your side). Bad residual smell in room which we identified as recent coat of paint. You should not book any room before the smell disappear. It is not fair on the guests. Only one towel for 2 people and although extremely soft useless at drying water from skin. Finally, nobody to talk to about room odor or towel as nobody was around

Good sized room.

It had hot water, as long as your shower wasn’t too long

Très bien situé, parking sécurisé. Facile d’accès.

Lit inconfortable ++++ et pas de petit déjeuner
