Tange Guest House

The location is great, easy to reach, in a peaceful area. Room was big, the bed comfortable, the view over the mountains was great and the room also have a kettle. Hard to find a better deal and a better value for what you pay for. We stayed here twice, on the way to Maumere from Labuan Bajo and in our return trip. The host is nice, with a positive vibe.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable with a view of the mountains. There was a kettle in the room. There was hot water in the bathroom.

There was limited hot water supply and it took a long time for the boiler to heat more water.

We arrived late and they let us take an available room without a reservation. Nice view in the morning. Hot water in the shower.

No meals included, usually either breakfast or dinner (or both) is offered at guest houses especially in this area.

The staff came to knock at the door in the morning, waking us up, to ask where were we going and if we needed a car.. we are travelling with scooter so we didn't understand what was the question.. then they were selling bread to the room next door...maybe there were bored but we didn't appreciate them stepping into our privacy

the size of the room and the bathroom. beds were good and the breakfast area was nice

i read great reviews about the breakfast. this was just toast with eggs. the motorbike i rented had some problems and its a bit out of town

Friendly staff, room was basic but totally worth the price. Good place to stay for a roadtrip around Flores.

-the room and bathroom are spacious -the hot water is working properly and the water pressure is good -the bed is comfortable -there is a kettle in the room - perfect for making tea on cold evenings

Bed was comfortable.

Water in room was strange. While taking a shower the water went completely off. Every time I flushed the toilet the noise was very strange. Staff was hard to find when needed. Owner was ??? Asked for 1 breakfast and 1 fruit and got 2 breakfast and no fruit. Had to pay for both even though we ate only 1.

New, clean, practical, real hot shower.. Difficult to get in Ruteng.. While it's quite cool in the mountains there
