Villa San Filippo

This place is beautiful and an oasis. So comfortable to sleep and beautifully designed. If you think the photos look good, it is even more impressive inside and out when you see it. Salvatore was an exceptional host and lives at the villa in a separate part of the home. He was always available when we needed anything and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We stayed over the Easter weekend he presented our kids with a little easter basket of italian treats which we enjoyed relaxing on the private terrace you see in the pics. The setting of this villa, via tree lined approach from the road makes you feel like you escaping into a film. We love Arezzo and now we know where we want to stay when we come again.

Дом находиться рядом с Римским аквидуком на территории старого парка. Великолепная зеленая территория. До Ареццо можно дойти пешком. Апартаменты находятся на втором этаже виллы, имеют отдельную прекрасную гостинную с выходом на террасу. Терраса с видом на парк и закат заслуживает отдельного восхищения. Мы все дни завтракали под звонкое пение птиц, а ужинали с бокалом вина и видом на закат. В апартаментах три отдельные спальни и две ванные комнаты. Одна из ванных комнат находиться в отдельной спальне, из которой так же имеется выход на террасу. Удобные кровати и матрасы, постельное белье отличное. Кухня прекрасно оснащена всем необходимым. Ну и отдельные слова про хозяина этой прекрасной виллы! Неверояно радушный и заботливый человек, дал нам очень интересные локации для посещения! Salvatore своим гостеприимством навсегда останется в нашем сердце❤️!Мы обязательно вернемся в это чудесное место!

Location molto tranquilla, immersa nel verde, ma vicina al centro di Arezzo. Nonostante le temperature elevate, la vicinanza al bosco permette di avere fresco anche in piena estate. Villa arredata benissimo e Salvatore host eccezionale!

Una proprietà magica in una posizione meravigliosamente tranquilla. Arredata con passione e gusto. Il talentuoso artista ha creato un vero paradiso. Un luogo davvero speciale a soli 1,7 km da Arezzo. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dall'ospitalità e dalla disponibilità del proprietario. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro meraviglioso soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente! 😊

It's such a wonderful accommodation that I want to live here for the rest of my life. There are two spacious rooms and two bathrooms, so it is suitable for four people. There is a living room and kitchen terrace. I am impressed by the host's sincerity, delicacy, and kindness in each and every piece of furniture. From the long street trees on the driveway, it is overwhelming and the house is like a large mansion. I definitely want to go again.
