"おもてなしも設備も過去最高"

スタッフさんがいきいきとされていて、しかも、対応が素晴らしかったです。食事も温泉もこれまで利用したホテルの中で最高レベルでした。少し遠いですが、必ずリピートします。

"Un bel ryokan, ma caro per quello che offre"

È un ryokan con stanze molto grandi, affacciate sul bosco. L'onsen è piccolino ma ha anche vasca esterna con vista sul bosco e la cascata in lontananza. Cena e la colazione di buon livello. Nel conplesso mi è piaciuto molto, anche se ne ho visti di migliori

La strada per arrivarci e l'ingresso sono un po' trascurati e non molto accoglienti al primo impatto. Considerato il prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. L'onsen è piccolino, anche se bello

ホテルの職員は皆さんとても感じが良く質が高いと感心した。夕食の米沢牛陶板焼き、しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼きいずれも美味しかった。泉質、温度、雰囲気が良くて温泉三昧を堪能出来た。

"Relaxing stay with onsens"

Big beautiful clean rooms and facilities. Gorgeous view with fall leaves, blue bridge, river and Zao Ropeway nearby. Several onsens in the hotel - public bath (indoor and outdoor), private baths (reserve at front desk for ~1100yen+), foot bath. Free onsens at 2 sister hotels nearby - you can get the pass from the front desk. Good buffet breakfast (paid) with allergens clearly labelled. Free ice cream, drinks and snacks from ~3-9PM. Staff are very polite, kind and thoughtful. Laundry machines are affordable (300 yen per 3kg load). Plenty of parking out front.

No affordable food nearby except Lawsons convenience store and Matsuya ~20 minutes drive away.
