Quality Stay Room

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We got to the room, and the owner wasn't there. We tried to message, call, knock on the door and nothing!! We waited for a good hour but ended up having to contact Booking to find a new place to stay. The owner never bothered to message or call to apologise or explain himself. Truly horrible experience. Absolutely do not recommend

property in the centre of Bristol; good beds

It was a property in which 5 rooms could be booked by guests. When fully booked the house could contain up to 14-15 guests. All these guests needed to share the kitchen, bathroom (one bathroom with toilet included and one separate douchecel with toilet included) and living room. Both bath rooms had no mirror. our room was booked to be a double bed room, but initially it was just a room with two single beds. No additional furnature was in the room, no chairs, no table, only a cabinet to store our luggage. Upon our request the cleaning lady came to reinstall the beds to become a big duoble bed and she took two kichen chairs to add to our room. Also she arranged extra coffe cups and cutlery as there was notenough available (stolen accoding to the feedback she gave. Discipline of keeping the kitchen clean could not be observed; when we came, the washed dishes where just drying on the drip out area, and this pile stood there for two days; finally we have put them back in the cupboards. Kitchen was worn out and feels dirty. The property was given entrance with a keypad locker; apart from the cleaning lady that came after our entrance and complaint about the bed, no caretaker have been observed. Whithout proper caretaker, this concept of guests coming in and out for just one night or a couple of days does not work. There have been guests that left the property through the kitchen door and the exit to the public backlane and left these doors open. guests left the property leaving their empty botles and trash in the living room. ad I can go on. not value for the expensive price I paid. Not at all

Very very basic room with a good bed

Nothing wrong with the property just the room was so basic and the decor was very poor. No tv so overpriced sorry.
